MY ORDER INCLUDED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
We may sometimes need to utilize different distribution channels to fulfill a customer’s order when a customer purchases multiple items. Products are made to order by us and some are shipped from one of our suppliers. Therefore, your items will be shipped separately. It is possible to receive one before the next. You will always receive every item that you have purchased.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
Some of our products have longer shipping times that others, especially items that are custom made to order. We do supply tracking number for all orders.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
We do not offer a warranty on our products beyond our return/exchange period. If it is beyond that period, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly instead.
