Our return policy lasts 30 days. You will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange after 30 days of receiving your product.
Made-to-order products and production time:
Sublimation-printed hoodies and t-shirts are custom printed and cut per individual customer’s order. Therefore, be certain to select your correct size before checking out. If the wrong size is received, or the garment does not fit as expected, the product can be exchanged for a different size, though refunds are not applicable. Message us your name, email address, order number, address and size to exchange for. We will contact you via email as soon as we receive the item and begin processing it.
The Foxtrot Clothing does not guarantee a time frame for order fulfillment. As all orders are cut, printed, and sewn per customer order, please expect a minimum of 10-14 business days for order fulfillment. This is an estimate, and large orders can be expected to take a longer time to produce. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by the estimated date.
Who is eligible for a refund?
Refunds apply solely to customers who have received products with manufacturer error(s), or if they received an incorrect item. A manufacturer error is defined by one or more of the following criteria:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item returned damaged (tearing, cuts, stains, odor, etc.) will be denied a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please call our customer service line or contact us via email or social media if you believe you are eligible for a refund. It is not necessary to return a mis-made garment. Mis-made garments require photo evidence sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following in the subject line:

In the event of a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the garment, minus a 25% restocking fee (if applicable), and excluding the original cost of shipping. There is no restocking fee for mis-made garments. Please do not send back mis-made garments.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be provided to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gifter.
